The Mothers Club of Wheatley Heights, Inc., 29th Annual Women’s History Month Luncheon on Sunday, March 15th is POSTPONED!!! This conscientious decision was based on the statewide and county Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic.  We have postponed the luncheon at this time for the Health, Welfare and Safety for all concerned.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this decision may have caused you, your friends, families and guests. We look forward to the 29th Annual Women’s History Month Luncheon to honor those in the community and to raise funds for the Irene Goodman Memorial Scholarship at the rescheduled date.

Our Annual Women’s Luncheon, created by past president Deborah Taylor in 1990, is a celebration of Women and their triumphs.  The theme is different every year but the message is consistent…the power, inspiration and beauty of women.

We celebrate in the month of March specifically since it is Women’s History month. We hope to inspire and celebrate all our women, young and old.   Honorees are selected and inspirational speakers grace our luncheon with the power of the spoken word.

Proceeds of   the luncheon partially go to our Scholarship fund.  Scholarship recipients are chosen in June.  The Mothers Club of Wheatley Heights has awarded over $50,000.00 in scholarship funds.
